| Established in 1983, WMS is the Washington metropolitan area's
most unique residential property management firm. Our founders,
Robert and Mary Beth Otto, are a former foreign service family who
responded to the need for a property management firm which addressed
the specialized requirements of foreign service employees and World
Bank officials. Since our inception, WMS has grown considerably,
primarily through referrals from satisfied customers. We now serve
over 200 clients while retaining the personalized service of our
early days.
By accepting for management only high quality properties in
desirable locations, WMS is able to attract exceptional tenants. Our
attention to detail and outstanding customer service insure that
your property is maintained in accordance with our very high
standards. We seek only those clients who are committed to
preserving the same high standards.
Residential property management is our only business. Unlike many
other firms, we are not involved in commercial management or
residential sales. This specialization is responsible for our
unmatched expertise in residential management, and makes us
dedicated strictly to renting and maintaining your property.
Although the majority of our clients are foreign service employees,
today's global workplace makes WMS an attractive alternative for
anyone who needs to be away from their property. We also serve local
clients who wish to be relieved of the responsibility of managing a
rental property. Many of our local clients are satisfied customers
