As the occupant of a property managed by WMS, our goal is to ensure that your move goes well and your stay during your leased term is worry-free. When you move in, you will want to set up utilities in your name at least one week prior to your move-in date. The telephone, electric, water and sewer, and gas utility company contacts in this section should be handy when you’re ready to act. You can change your address online through the UPS site at http://www.usps.com and will want to do so shortly before moving in. You will also want to secure renters insurance to cover your own personal property.
